The Science Olympiad aims to provide students across India with the opportunity to learn STEM in an interdisciplinary way and promote interdisciplinary science as a means to solve real-world problems.

The skills tested overall in the Science Olympiad include Biology, Earth Science, Chemistry, Physics, and Math in the first exam.

Students should participate in an Olympiad to challenge themselves in STEM, gain the opportunity to participate in the January camp, and engage in unique and fun STEM workshops.

The Harvard Undergraduate Science Olympiad India Edition allows students to explore various fields of science with an emphasis on interdisciplinary STEM and its applications to real world problems.

The students are divided into two categories basis their grades.
Category 1: Grades 7th and 8th
Category 2: Grades 9th and 10th
Both the categories will write their tests on different days.

The Olympiad will be conducted in two rounds.
Round 1: Online Exam on 16th and 17th November Category 1 (Grades 7th and 8th) will take the exam on 16th November 2024
Category 2 (Grades 9th and 10th) will take the exam on 17th November 2024
Round 2: 7th to 10th January 2025 In Person exam: 7th January 2025
3 Day STEM Bootcamp in Delhi NCR (venue to be announced) by Harvard Undergraduate Science Olympiad mentors : 8th to 10th January 2025

The test will be conducted through online proctoring. The students can take the test from the comfort of their home or their school as long as they have a stable internet connection.

The students can refer to the study resources provided on the website.

Nope! We will provide all of the resources on which our exams will be based - students only need to understand and be able to apply concepts from these resources to be able to excel in the exam!

All exam questions will draw from subjects mentioned within the guide.

The fees are Rs. 2000 + 18% GST per student.

A new guide will be provided to selected kids only

All students receive a Certificate of Participation from The Harvard Undergraduate Science Olympiad.
